Stay in our lovely apartment which is located in a quiet but central location. It is a much larger than average ground floor end apartment with a very large wrap around terrace which catches the sun all day.

The apartment is furnished to a high standard, complete with AIR CONDITIONING throughout and central heating for the low season. It sleeps up to 4 in two bedrooms with single/double beds, fitted wardrobe, bedside tables and lights.

The apartment is only a 5 minutes walk into the town centre with its lakeside restaurants and beautiful views over the golf course. There is a golf shop, clubhouse, bank, ice cream parlour and even a gym located here plus the facilities at the new 5* Intercontinental hotel (payable locally). The complex has a security controlled gatehouse and 24 hour patrol. Also five minutes walk away is the supermarket and snack bar. You can purchase all your favourite British grocery items including fresh bakery and milk. Most of the British daily papers are also available. You can surf the internet via hotspots throughout the resort and if you have a laptop you can plug into the apartment network socket and use the internet via a prepaid card bought on the resort.

Airport transfers from Murcia (nearest airport) and Alicante Airports can be arranged at extra but competitive cost.

Lounge / Diner
The modern lounge/diner is furnished with a relaxing sofa and chair, flat screen satellite TV with British Channels, DVD player and hifi. Patio doors lead from the living room onto a large wrap around private terrace, ideal for outdoor dining or just relaxing in the evening sun. This room is fully air conditioned.

Kitchen
There is a fully fitted contemporary kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine and plenty of tableware and ovenware if you feel like cooking.

Bedrooms
The apartment sleeps 4 comfortably in two bedrooms with one super kingsize bed and two single beds in the second bedroom (can also be made into a super kingsize bed on request). Each bedroom features a built in wardrobe with drawers plus bedside tables and lamps. Both rooms have quiet air conditioning for those hot summer nights.

Bathroom
The fully tiled bathroom includes bath with over head shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. A hair dryer is available in the apartment.

Outdoors
The spacious terrace wraps around the property and a large table and up to 6 chairs are available for you to wine and dine outside. There are two sun loungers available for use on the terrace if you do not wish to stroll around to the pretty pool and gardens at the front of the apartment. We have recently added a large gas barbeque for our guests use.

Meet and Greet
Our professional team meet you at the apartment to show you around the apartment where an explanation of all the important features is explained. The house is professionally cleaned immediately before you arrive to ensure that you enjoy your stay. Freshly laundered bed linen and towels are provided. A welcome pack including coffee and tea, milk, sugar, bread, butter, marmalade and bottled water is waiting for you at the apartment, ensuring you have a comfortable start to your holiday no matter what time of day you arrive.
